We searched the location for a spot that would echo the spiky form of this hat. The dangerous and aggressive feel brought to mind a military uniform and we portrayed the model as a soldier laying in wait for the enemy. We added drama to this shot by taking it from a low viewpoint and used a wide-angle lens very close to the subject.
