Mossy Steps

Hand-rolled felt, needle felt, hand stitch and beading
“I like to walk in the park and look at the ducks and flowers. The colours are light and bright and the sky is blue. The blossom in spring reminds me of a party frock.
I follow the winding footpath under the trees, and I walk on the mossy grass.
The wind ruffles the water on the lake, and sunlight sparkles on it. When I throw bread to the ducks, they swim towards me and dive under the water to catch it.
I look forward to my weekly walk – it makes me feel relaxed and happy.
